Expression of Mentoring in the Aspect of Learning Organization Management

The objective of the book is to provide readers with knowledge in the area of mentoring, learning organization and management by relating the knowledge management and the learning organization with vision of learning city or region, by analyzing the learning organization in the aspects of alternation of economics, politics and culture. So, the content of the book is determined by the clear influence of knowledge on the innovative processes. A procedural standpoint to innovations has formed; also a link of innovations with knowledge and with knowledge management has developed. Thus in this book the mentoring, mentor's activity and learning interactions is emphasized, the motive power of the organizational learning and importance of knowledge management in the learning organization, the principles of the learning organization, models of thoughts, a relationship between knowledge and the management of knowledge in the organization is revealed. A special attention is given to the base of the knowledge of organization: to the main components, to the blocks of knowledge management. Knowledge management is introduced as a research of activity and as a task of integration.
