Extraction and Gas Chromatographic Determination of Methylparaben

Studying of gas chromatographic behaviors of phenolic compounds is submitted as retention times data and chromatograms . This phenolic compounds usually are used as pharmaceuticals preservatives. The determination process of methyl para hydroxy benzoate is included two steps: 1st step is separation by extraction of methyl paraben from insulin preparations and 2nd step is gas chromatographic quantification.
