The problem of searching for a new type of extractants from prediction of extraction properties to description of the extraction system has been solved. By modifying the KMFO structure, a method for creating a new generation of ligands - N-phosphorylureas has been proposed. Application of theoretical methods of structural design and computer simulation allowed to define the selection criteria for N-phosphorylmureas possessing high coordination properties with respect to actinides and lanthanides. A one-pot method for the synthesis of a new class of BNFOS with desired properties was developed, allowing the selected N-phosphorylmureas to be synthesized in a targeted way, in high yield and high purity from commercially available reagents. A correlation between the structure and extraction ability of the compounds obtained was established which allows to substantiate the selection criteria for compounds of this class. Optimal conditions for concentrating with high extractability and deep separation of actinides and lanthanides from salt-forming elements by N-phosphorylureas for radioanalytical and technological purposes were determined. These results may be of interest for specialists working in the field of radiochemistry, analytical and coordination chemistry.
