EXTRACTION OF VEGETABLE OILS WITH ETHANOL SOLUTIONS

In the monograph the peculiarities of extraction from apricot kernels, grape seeds and melon are given, the properties of ethanol as an extractant are analyzed. Experimental studies have been carried out to establish regularities describing the yield of the extraction process by ethanol solution from the influencing factors. On the basis of these regularities the optimum modes of carrying out of processes are revealed. For scientific and engineering workers of the branch of processing of agricultural raw materials, students and masters studying in the direction of "Technological machines and equipment" (food industry) and specialty "Machines and units of food production"

Muslimov Bobirzhon Boltaevich nasceu em 23 de fevereiro de 1971 e é de nacionalidade uzbeque. De 1991 a 1995, estudou no Instituto de Tecnologias Alimentares e Indústria Ligeira de Bukhara. Atualmente, é professor associado do departamento "Máquinas e equipamentos tecnológicos" da Universidade Técnica Estatal de Bukhara.
