Details

The study was conducted with the desire to understand the health supply chain landscape in a challenging and constrained environment like Sierra Leone. It also looks at how well it responded to the Ebola Emergency in 2014-2015, how much it has recovered from the outbreak, and how prepared it is in the event an outbreak emerges in the future. Conclusions and recommendations from the study will contribute to building a resilient health supply chain system not only in Sierra Leone but many other countries with similar challenges. This study will also contribute to other studies on other aspects of the health supply chain which when put together will represent the health supply chain in a holistic manner.
