Factors affecting Performance of FHW

The book is based on a study conducted among the Female Health workers of Ahmadabad District of Gujarat. The Female Health workers are the grass root functionaries of government health systems in India & they carry out preventive, promotive & rehabilitative services. The FHW's being responsible for almost all the duties being performed at the periphery are mostly over burdened & there are several factors affecting their performance. This book is an attempt to understand factors that affect their performance & factors that motivate them in performing their duties in a better way.
