Factors Affecting Project Management Team Performance

This book is a study based on Pakistan construction industry to measure the factors that affect the team performance in Project Management. Team performance in project management is measured on the following factors health, client satisfaction, quality, time, people, cost , safety and environment. The collected data through survey is analyzed through SPSS by applying different statistical tests and significant relationship among the factors were deduced.
