Telecommunication Technology now a day has an important impact on day to day activities of human being. One of the bequests drawn from telecommunication technology is mobile banking system. The system enables to reap the benefit it provides like greater control over the service delivery, reduce waiting time and convenience without time and space constraint to access banking service. On the other hand, it enables the banking industry to standardise alternative service delivery channel to reach inaccessible customers. However, regardless of its benefit, the adoption of mobile banking remains low even recently. The objective of this study was to identify factors affecting the adoption of m-banking in Ethiopian Banking industry. The research framework based on demographic variables, gender, age, customers'experience and involuntariness of use from the customer's perspective and technological organisational and environmental variables from the employee's perspective was used to achieve the research objective. The study was conducted by collecting data from customers and employees of United Bank in Addis Ababa city.
