Factors affecting the retention of insurance agents

Insurance being one of the major economic drivers in Kenya has been experiencing many challenges ranging from corruption, mismanagement and poor marketing strategies,poor market penetration due to high rate of agents turnover in the indurstry.This book is intended to shed light on the major factors which influence the retention of insurance agent with great interest on the life insurance sector.Apparently retention of agents in a life insurance company has a multiplier effect,one,it is supposed to drive the company profitability positively;second,it is supposed to help the company attract,retain high net worth clients due to positive corporate image enhanced by the sales agents.It is the joy of the author to high light these factors so that if taken positively they can help the insurance companies in Kenya.
