Factors of success or failure of COOP-CA in Côte d'Ivoire

This work aims to explain, based on the relationship between the profile of directors approached from two different approaches (the ontological approach and the praxeological approach) and the satisfaction of stakeholders, the factors of success or failure of cooperative societies, in particular the COOP-CA of coffee-cocoa in Côte d'Ivoire. Indeed, research on the profile of the leader according to the different approaches mentioned above is shared. However, there could be a complementarity between these two approaches aimed at assessing the profile of the director of a cooperative society likely to have a considerable influence on stakeholder satisfaction.
