Favo: Corrugated cardboard lamp

This book is about the development of a luminaire, using corrugated cardboard as the main raw material. The material comes from boxes used as transport, collected from supermarkets, car dealerships, offices or even the streets. This book contains observations from a project carried out by the author in partnership with a design company that creates cardboard luminaires. Through studies on luminaires, sustainability and cardboard, as well as their applications in design, the book shows how it was possible to develop the Favo luminaire.

Graduated in Product Design from the Federal Institute of Santa Catarina (IFSC) in 2016. From 2014 to 2015 she worked in design, editing and creating materials for social networks and print media. She currently works as a freelance product and graphic designer, as well as exhibiting her work on social media.
