FEMALE BRAIN, EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND MANAGEMENT

Women represent the beginning of evolution and social formation, and should be seen as the cornerstones of existence and cultural structures. Women, the creators and goddesses of ancient societies, have been marginalized and excluded from social life throughout history written by men. Brain studies have revealed some facts about women. Women are in a stronger position and more resistant than men in terms of brain activity. Thanks to this power, women have managed to survive against the hegemony of masculinity throughout history, and have mostly gained power through agreement and persuasion. Developing brain studies and studies on emotional intelligence reveal the mental superiority of women, and this superiority opens the doors of management to women. Women through their emotional intelligence capacity and resultant power in management deserve to be in high management positions in the world of work and attain high status in the monde. In this way, they can contribute a lot to shaping the human structure, society and culture with their emotional accumulation and sensuality.
