FESTIVAL INTERNATIONAL DES ECOLES SUPERIEURES D'ARTS DRAMATIQUES :

Our starting point for this work was personal observation of the FIESAD organization as a festival-goer, which enabled us to analyze the interactions between organizers and participants, as well as the implications for the various schools.This approach enabled us to grasp how the Festival was organized and also how it was managed overall.In this respect, the smooth running of this year's festival speaks for itself.
