Fiber-Reinforced Composites and Applications in Engineering

Many architecture and infrastructure designers are switching from concrete, wood, or metal architecture to fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) composites in their structures. This versatile engineered material resists corrosion and weathering and incurs very few maintenance costs over time. FRP excels in a wide range of applications. For these reasons and more, builders and managers working on bridges, buildings, and pipelines choose to incorporate FRP composites into new or retrofit projects.

He has over 20 years of teaching experience and 5 years of research experience in the field of Mechanical Engineering. He has published 30 research papers and 3 books in the areas of Rotor Dynamics, Vibrations, and FEA.
