Field officers of Micro Finance Institutions in India

Providing brief overview of Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) in India, which are seen as a strong enabler for financial inclusion, the book captures inputs of field officers of MFIs, who deliver microfinance to under privileged clients. Based on empirical investigation, the book highlights that how these field officers are at the risk of facing burnout, due to the demanding job characteristics. The book also offers practical implications for MFIs.
