Field Practice: methodology for its development

The natural sciences, due to the characteristics of their objects of study, are integrators of a system of knowledge, skills and forms of teacher performance, which is concretised in the theory-practice relationship. In the teaching-learning process, this relationship is a fundamental didactic principle that should motivate, prepare and finalise theoretical knowledge. It can favour students' environmental education by consciously integrating them into the environment through geographical excursions and field practice, giving them a balanced view that each component has its value, location and appropriate function; and understanding that man is an integral part of the environment and not an isolated component.

Mariona Nana Saiengue, mit einem Abschluss in Erziehungswissenschaften - Option Biologie, MsC in Didaktik der Naturwissenschaften, begann ihre berufliche Laufbahn 2005 als Krankenpflegerin und ist derzeit Hochschullehrerin an der ISCED-Huambo in den Fächern Embryologie, Histologie, Tierphysiologie und Pädagogische Praxis (Leiterin des Bereichs Biologie).
