Finance is the basic source for any kind of activity which is based on monetary functions profit or loss finance is the life of a company without which no operations are possible in any firm or a company,if we talk about the basic need for a company to orient the company fixtures and plans for upcoming future related to formation of firms capital structure Finance works as an oxygen works in the human body and transfers from the part to part as finance works in itself internally for the process of the companies for the proper dealing and its proper maintenance or controlling is the duty and responsibility of the finance department to look after all the activity of the company for maintaining the flow of capital in a proper way neither loss nor it should be waist it should be executed for the purpose of the profitability and for the stability of the company for smoothing running.
