The diagnosis of the company evokes the idea that the company has in its structure and in its functioning comparable to a living organism of the anomalies, it thus aims at detecting the weak points and the strong points of the company in order to correct them. Does the company have the capacity to achieve its value creation objectives through cash flows to be generated from its operations? To this end, we will present the basic documents of a coherent financial diagnosis and the most relevant indicators in order to judge the financial balance of a company.
