Productivity motivation and reward are key in the growth of small and medium enterprises, companies and businesses today. The study focuses on finance as the measure of all inputs to achieve the desired end results. Therefore, seeks to approve or test the hypothesis that financial incentives are a key motivation for employee productivity.Note that the role of investment is to earn profits. And profits belong to the business and need to be used to reward employees with new inputs, technology and incentives to improve the work environment.Every employee needs to work with a given level of submissiveness in the work place today one has to report, collect and analyze then make decisions in respect to the organizational structures, i.e. following structural command, and it's the financial incentives that help insure systems flow of command in and out of the firm.Employees are stimulated by their reward both extrinsic and intrinsic rewards systems and this has greatly impacted on their productivity and hence performance at work.
