Financial Planning for the future of the KSF 2013-2018

This capstone project has assessed the financial obstacles and challenges confronting the MKSF. It considered the future financial planning after the Ahtiaaris Plan for Kosovo 2013 -2018, and offers potential alternatives for solving the growing strategic and financial needs. The future financial planning is discussed with two scenarios. In the first scenario, the KSF will remain more or less the same with the same mission, structure and personnel. In the second scenario the mission, structure and the personnel of KSF will increase. This Capstone project also includes conclusion and recommendations.

Shqipe Jashari was born in Pristina, she has a Master Degree from American University in Kosovo on Public Administration also a bachelor degree from University of Pristina/AAB Universty on field of Economy, department of Management. Shqipe worked in Ministry for the Kosovo Security Force. She is married and has two daughters.
