Dexu He, Ph.D. in economic, is currently a researcher in the Institute of Finance and Banking, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), and a doctoral dissertation adviser at the CASS graduate school. He has been a visiting scholar at the University of Colorado and the University of Southern California.
