Financial - Social analysis of Croatian shipping company "Jadrolinija"

Jadrolinija Inc. is one of the oldest Croatian state-owned companies. It is engaged in maritime transport and it's a crucial factor in connecting the coastal part of Croatian with the mainland. After 2007., when Croatia access to the European Union, the company got some time to adapt to EU standards and directives, which are crucial for sustainability in the new competitive atmosphere of the open market in the maritime transport, This research work analyzes the status of Jadrolinija company from financial and social efficiency throughout observed period between years 2011. to 2015. Author's goal was to determine and predict success in the forthcoming period linking that results with an influence on the social structure. "Life is, especially in business and politics, a constant process of decision-making and taking over responsibilities."

Ana Burazer, geboren 1985, stammt aus Kroatien. Sie hat einen Abschluss in Finanz- und Rechnungswesen. Nach Abschluss einer Berufsausbildung in diesem Bereich beschloss sie, eine einfache Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung zu gründen, die im Juni 2017 in Split eingetragen wurde und sich mit Buchhaltung und Finanzen befasst.
