Analysis of financial statements has always been an important and interesting topic in the business world. The book covers the analysis of the financial statements from all the perspectives.This book is for the postgraduate and research students of different management courses as well as for the financial managers who are working in the corporate world. An attempt has been made to make it simple and lucid. I have put my class experience into practice. The book assumes that the reader already has basic accounting knowledge. Those who are entirely new to the field of accounting should refer to some basic accounting book before attempting to use this book. I have utilized my several years' teaching experience in writing this book but still I feel that there is always room for improvement. I have teaching experience of more than 9 years.My published papers are on different topics namely IFRS, Insider Trading, Balanced Scorecard, Kaizen, Forensic Accounting, Value Chain Analysis etc. My research interests are Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, Cost Reduction Techniques, US GAAP & IFRS etc.
