Financing of health care in the Republic of Belarus

The tasks and prospects of public health acquire in modern conditions strategic importance for the development of the state and ensuring national security. The purpose of the monograph is to study the state, current problems and justification of the directions of improvement of health care financing in the Republic of Belarus. The monograph presents: an overview of current trends and problems of financing of the health care system in the Republic of Belarus; foreign experience of health care financing; analysis of budget security of health care expenditures in the context of regions of the Republic of Belarus; econometric models of life expectancy dependence on per capita health care expenditures and health care expenditures in GDP; justification of the project to create a university clinic.
