Financing policy for SME investments in KISANGANI

The content of this work is of twofold interest, scientific and practical. On the scientific level, it will serve as a very important wake-up call to intellectuals wishing to follow in our footsteps, because this work will provide appropriate strategies to economic actors in the Democratic Republic of Congo for the promotion of the small and medium-sized enterprise sector. On the practical level, this work will serve as a tool for Congolese economic operators in general and in particular those working in the city of Kisangani.
