The piston transforms the strength of the increasing gases into mechanical strength. The piston overlaps the cylinder liner or sleeve. Pistons are generally made from aluminum or solid iron alloys. The important objective of the project is to set up a diesel engine piston for three steel materials, solid iron and aluminum alloy. The traits of the piston are modeled by the use of parametric software CREO.
