First report of ADH in North-West of Morocco

This work represents a synthesis of the searches on the ADH in the population of the North-West of Morocco. It's a carrier of novel and important data of ADH for this population. This book contains three parts : Part I shows the novel mutations identified on the LDLR gene and the corresponding clinical and biological phenotype. Part II shows the variations identified on the ApoB gene. Part III shows the frequencies of polymorphic sites of the Apo E gene and their impact on the clinical and lipid parameters
