Fixing and Reconditioning Life Science s Experimental Dryer Machine

This project purpose is to fix the malfunction within experimental dryer machine. The machine, which is brought by SGU from Brawijaya University, suffers a very serious damage in the electrical component and lacks the required documentation. The whole circuit component must be replaced due to the poor wiring and soldering. The lack of user interface creates an obstacle for the Life Science department in using this machine. To make it work properly, the method of fixing the machine first is by finding all the information related to how the machine should work. The damage within the machine must be replaced with a new and better alternative. In this way, the machine can be used again in Life Science experiments to achieve better performance.

Ivan Rachmat, S.T was born in Jakarta, Indonesia in 1989. He has obtained his bachelor degree in Swiss German University in 2011. Since then he start working in international paper production company. After two years of working he moved to tire production company. He currently reside in Tangerang with his family.
