FOCUS COOPERATIVISM

Cooperativism is a model of organization that has as its main objective the economic and social development, having in its principles the guidelines through which the cooperatives take their values to practice. The general objective is to evaluate the degree of adherence of the members of a free admission credit cooperative in Minas Gerais regarding the cooperative principles. The management of rh and processes of recruitment & selection and integration in the credit cooperatives through the disc methodology during the coronary pandemic; the importance of accounting in the management processes of the credit cooperatives; the skills of psycho-pedagogy in the teaching and learning processes in the human resources sector of the credit cooperatives; cooperative principles in the perception of the members: a case study in a credit cooperative of Minas Gerais.
