Talking about the potentials of fruit processing industry in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh, India without knowing the hurdles of developing this sub-sector will be just and idle talk. In this book, the author has made an attempt to review the status of fruit processing industry and the problems encountered by the industry in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh. Born in 1971 at Nellore in A P, India,Dr. Kota Sreenivasa Murthy did his B.Com., in 1992, M.Com., in 1994 and M.Phil., in 2007. He was awarded Ph.D in Commerce in 2011 by Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati. He got short term Doctoral Fellowship from ICSSR, New Delhi and also published 10 article in reputed National and International journals.
