Forecasting and planning: theory and practice

The textbook in a brief and accessible form deals with the basic provisions and basic mechanisms of forecasting and planning, describes its subject and object. The basic concepts in the field of forecasting and planning are disclosed; calculation formulas and examples of solving typical problems are given, in which the course of reasoning and justification is considered in detail and gives the opportunity to acquire the necessary skills in problem solving and the practical application of the material. The textbook is designed for students majoring in economics. It may also be useful for university professors and specialists of organizations dealing with forecasting and planning.
