Forecasting performance

The problem of forecasting demand has obsessed many organisations. Increased competition requires them to improve forecasts and reduce unnecessary costs. Most organisations have realized that forecasts are a key to achieving supply chain efficiency. Enhancing customer service and minimizing waste are predominant drivers to achieving this. The primary aim of this book is to help organisations improve and achieve supply chain efficiency through implementing and managing forecasts in their organisations.
