Forecasting Systems for Loans at Banks

Loans and credit facilities occupies the first place among the syndication of commercial banks and non-commercial banks, as the main source of revenue is considered. And the evolution of the credit function of the banks has played an important role in the development process, in terms of funding and access to cash or financial resources to the problem is the first problem facing projects production units, as is one of the most important problems facing the development of the state programs. And bank credit nature of many of the risks that are difficult to predict or hedge them with the utmost precision, while the Bank is permanently committed to fulfill the money of depositors if the end of the maturity or upon request, at the same time, the borrowers will not be in their power to fulfill the value of their loans to the Bank in a systematic manner or by faces complete and that a fundamental reason that the credit granted by the Bank borrowers have been employed in various agricultural, industrial and tourist business activities cannot be easily restored.
