FORENSIC MEDICINE

Many of the acts performed in everyday, routine medical practice are acts of which the physicians themselves are often unaware of the legal significance or implications and consequences of which they are responsible.Medical practice is itself a medical act governed by law, which determines who is entitled to perform it. It prescribes the ethical standards according to which the art of healing must be exercised.
