In modern economic conditions, in order to successfully implement large infrastructure projects of national importance, it is necessary to combine the efforts and interests of public authorities and representatives of private business to achieve the maximum effect. At this stage of development of the Russian economy, public-private partnership is the most universal and effective mechanism for the interaction of this cooperation. The value of the institute of public-private partnership in Russia is increasing every year, creating the necessary effect for the development of various sectors of the economy. Competent formation and development of the mechanism of public-private partnership will create the necessary conditions for attracting investment.
