Formative experiences: learning in motion

Formative experiences is a sweet 'narrative composite', a light and engaging read that is also thought-provoking. A reinterpretation of the teaching-pedagogical praxis of a group of educators, supported by the coordinator's action-reflection, in his view of continuing in-service training, with learning-by-doing in the movement of possibilities of being/becoming an educator. In this role as pedagogical coordinator, I was able to share with the teachers of Mutuípe great experiences, both in terms of professionalization and in the relationship between teaching-learning and life, with the formation of the 'human being'; being a subject of making who, throughout life, continues to learn and qualify themselves. It is in this aspect that this reading leads the reader to also feel like the author of this work. So let's get started.
