Details
Paclitaxel is a anti-cancer agent, mainly used in the cases of Breast, Cervical and Lung cancers. To increasing bio availability and Extending circulation time (EPR effect) of the drug in blood thereby increasing its half-life. Paclitaxel nanosuspension was prepared by high pressure homogenization method using different concentration of Human Serum Albumin (HSA). A total of 9 formulations of nanosuspensions were prepared by varying concentration of Human Serum Albumin (HSA) and by keeping the drug concentration as constant. All the formulations were developed successfully and evaluation tests have been performed. Human Serum Albumin in different concentrations like 12.5%, 20% and 30% showed very good results
