Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) is the leveraging of strategy, technology, resources or specialist process to provide and manage an organization s critical and / or non-critical recruitment processes. It ranges from the advertisement of jobs to select the potential candidates for the final meeting with the hiring manager. Sometime it goes further by recruiting the potential candidate on behalf of the hiring manager. Regardless of company size, location or industry, one conclusion can be made up that recruitment has become enormously challenging and complex because of the huge talent pool, growth of businesses and other factors. And because of that the role of RPO is becoming important day by day. RPO offers a proven way to attract the best talent and, ultimately, ensure the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.
