Luminescence is the cold emission of light,mechanoluminescence(ML) is a kind of luminescence induced by deformation of solids,This book gives an idea about ML, their characteristics ,applications.There are many applications of ML,such as damage sensor ,pressure sensor,wireless fuse-system for army war heads,investigation of the earthquakes etc.We are doing research on ML , I hope,in future we will through more light on ML applications.I am trying to deliver some knowledge related to ML through this book.I hope, i will make mind of readers little satisfied by my this small effort.
