Freedom of expression and its limits in Congolese law

This work analyzes the content of the freedom of expression applied in the field of the press in general and, in the audiovisual sector in particular. It demonstrates that, although fundamental, this freedom is not absolute. She finds as limits, in particular, the rights of the personality and the presumption of innocence. It is a contribution that allows journalists and actors who use the media to make good use of their freedom of expression.
