French public policy on culture and education

This book is dedicated to the analysis of the outstanding work of France in the field of culture and education, which has made a significant contribution to world civilization, and the long-standing relations between Kazakhstan and France in the field of culture and education, the level of which is increasing every year. The author pays attention to the works that characterize the rich spiritual heritage of France, carefully protected by cultural traditions, which have not only historical but also modern and future significance. The book is based on the conceptual provisions of the French state structure in the field of education and culture which are stated in the laws and other relevant documents, works of the president of RK N.A.Nazarbayev, influential statesmen of France, and also some works of domestic and foreign scientists. The author's main idea is aimed at the objective necessity to study the diversity of phenomena of cultural life and education development in different time periods, revealing the interrelation of the past and the present.
