The writers and other women from future generation must acquire knowledge for empowering themselves and rise above to achieve their goals and in turn they should reach out to the grassroots from their community to give them the helping hand to come out of the agonizing situation. This is Self-Realization, Knowledge-Empowerment or Atta-deep-bhava Theory 'Think globally and act locally' is the theme of women -writers. They should work to bring common understanding and overcome the cultural and social differences. The seed of realization will empower the self and in turn induce the empowerment in others so this chain continues through knowledge empowerment of the self and society through non-violent and peaceful means similar to knowledge management concept. In order to maintain the balance between materials, technological and spiritual advancement, it is their responsibility to realize and pass on the same message to the society through their writings and service to the society. All men and women are born equal hence it is their birthright to live with brotherhood, equality and harmony.
