From Cinematographic Editing to Television Video Editing

This book presents and describes theoretical and practical aspects of editing in film, as well as video editing in television. Thus, the origins and evolution of film editing, as well as of television video editing, are covered. In addition, the technical aspects of both film editing and television video editing are identified and described.

Carlos Canelas è professore presso l'Istituto Politecnico di Guarda. In termini di formazione accademica, ha conseguito un dottorato in Informazione e comunicazione nelle piattaforme digitali presso le Università di Aveiro e Porto, un master in Comunicazione e giornalismo presso l'Università di Coimbra e un diploma post-laurea in Comunicazione educativa multimediale presso la Open University di Lisbona.
