From prison to society: What impact on the offender?

Many people will ask the question: "Why does a public lawyer deal with a purely criminal issue? The reason is first of all of a personal nature. It goes from a certain lived experience. The Author was in 2018 a non-criminal detainee in the jails of the National Intelligence Agency of the Democratic Republic of Congo, ANR in acronym, for political reasons. Active activist of human rights issues within civil society, particularly in the citizen movement Les Congolais Debout (alongside LUCHA, FILIMBI, Res publica, ECCHA, and others, Mr. Arsène KATOLO KAMBADJA will be restricted from his freedom for some 4 months of detention which, moreover, not elucidated to this day. For, not being condemned, less still presented and judged by a competent Court.During his stay, he got to know many other detainees of different nature and his research project at the central prison of MAKALA was reactivated.
