FROM REGIONAL INTEGRATION OF THE DRC TO THE CEPGL

This book deals with the substance of the agreement that established the CEPGL. We demonstrate the challenges that pushed this regional organization to the non-achievement of its objectives.Beyond this perception of fact, we will also demonstrate the few cases of complicity against the DR Congo, but also its responsibilities as a result of the causes that led this organization to failure and the reasons that in general have been the subject of regional causes and difficulties.
