Nodirjon Uraimovich Abdulakhatov, born in 1970 in Kuva, Fergana region, Uzbekistan, is a Doctor of History and author of over sixty books and more than one hundred scientific articles. He has participated in international conferences in Russia, Japan, China, Türkiye, and Germany.
