From the family workshop to the network company, analysis of the company PLA

Throughout this work it was possible to describe the different stages of development of the company PLA S.A. and the changes and transformations that took place in the organisation of work, we tried to give an answer to the main transformations that took place during its growth. As well as how these changes are perceived by the protagonists, the workers of the PLA S.A. factory.

Valeria Paola Oddino, resido na cidade de Santa Fé Argentina, licenciei-me como socióloga na Universidade Nacional do Litoral, com a tese que apresento nesta ocasião.
