'Front Feed' is a newly introduced term defined with thisstudy. The new concept is used to explore whether determiningemployees' perceptions and priorities prior to the development ofprograms, policies, or processes is beneficial to management. Thismultiple case study research project introduces the concept ofFront Feed in relation to the development of cultural diversityprograms. Three nonprofit 501(c)3 agencies, tax-exemptorganizations governed by a board of directors committed to meetinga public need, participated in separate case studies. The findingsindicate that Front Feed, with additional steps, may offer a toolfor managers to enhance the management-worker relationship, improvethe quality of programs and processes developed, and save valuabletime overall. This research was designed for replication andanalytical generalization. The forms, surveys, and interviewquestions are included to ease furthering the research. This studycan be modified for use in research related to management,evaluation processes, employee development, and to continueresearch on development of cultural diversity programs within allmanagement sectors
