Functional Approach to English for Engineering

I hope this work will be able to successfully illuminate the path to effective and efficient communication for EAP learners since I do believe that scientific prose style has not been paid the deserved attention at least where I have been teaching over the years in my profession, and the learners need to be familiar with the English language which is the medium for them in order to get their messages across.

I have been teaching English for both General and Academic purposes for about 15 years. I also edit scientific research articles in order to be published in international journals. I am interested in applied linguistics, and my research articles focus generally on linguostylistic analysis of scientific prose style.
