Functional Approach to Organizational Behavior

The study focuses and establishes critical, current views regarding organizational behavior in public entities, such as policies on existing job dissatisfaction, possibly due to the lack of emotional intelligence related to decision making; It is possible that what is described is a consequence of the lack of communication and that possibly the degree of leadership is not achieved at the appropriate levels, as a corollary there would be labor conflicts; there is concern that the policies that are designed would not be the most appropriate, consequently the possible pre-existing internal control, would not be achieving the objectives set.
